All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer FREE shipping to the United States on any order totaling $100 or more. For any order below $100 to the United States, we offer a flat rate $10 shipping charge.
FREE local delivery is available for all orders over $50 within the Golden Triangle (15222 & 15219 zip codes). Simply choose “local delivery” at checkout and be sure your delivery address contains either a 15222 or 15219 zip code.
Deliveries are made on Tuesdays through Saturdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you and coordinate a drop off location on the day of our arrival.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our shop in the cultural district in downtown Pittsburgh. To utilize this option, please enter our shop address, 143 Sixth St, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 at checkout, choose “local delivery” as your shipping option, and then add a note with order as to your preferred pickup day/time.
Our in-store pickup hours are 12-5 on Tuesday through Saturday. Orders are generally ready for pickup within 24 hours of your order confirmation email, excluding weekends. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada only.
For shipping to Canada, we offer a flat rate shipping charge of $20 on all orders.
We do not currently offer shipping services outside of the United States or Canada.
Shipping to PO boxes
Since we use USPS to ship our packages, we are able to ship to PO Boxes. When shipping to a PO box, it is important to remember that the address specified must be the PO Box address and not the street address. Also, the US Postal Service requests that senders leave out all punctuation when filling in PO Box addresses. For instance, type “PO Box,” not “P.O. Box.” As with any shipment, the first and last names of the recipient need to be specified, together with the company's name (if needed), the city and the country.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will do our very best to look into it for you.
