For online orders, we accept returns on eligible items up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. For up to 30 days after delivery, we will issue store credit, minus the shipping cost.
For in store purchases, we accept returns on eligible items for a refund within 7 days of purchase. We accept returns for store credit up to 14 days of purchase.
We do not accept returns on jewelry or accessories. We do not accept returns on clearance (sale) items. We will accept returns on items purchased during a promotion or using a promo code, using the guidelines listed above.
We do not accept returns on consignment items, no exceptions. All consignment is sold as is and is final sale.
We cannot provide exchanges (or holds) due to limited inventory. If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item. A refund for the original item will be issued. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and the refund will be issued within 3 days of receipt.
In the event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect in any way, please email us about this mishap as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and date of purchase. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution so that you are completely satisfied.
Regarding cancellations, we are committed to providing you with quick and efficient service, which includes fast shipping times. Due to our dedication to ensuring your order reaches you promptly, we typically do not accept order cancellations once they have been placed.
However, we understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to request the cancellation of your order, we kindly ask that you contact us promptly by email or phone. While we cannot guarantee that all cancellation requests can be accommodated, we will do our best to assist you.
Please note that if a cancellation request is approved, a 6% restocking fee will apply to cover processing and administrative costs.
